Prof. Steven A. Lopez

Steven is a first-generation Cuban-American chemist. He received his B.S. in Chemistry from New York University, Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. Steven was a department of Energy Postdoctoral fellow at Havard University. Steven has been an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology at Northeastern University since 2017. He oversees his research group and is the director of the Alliance for Diversity in Science and Engineering.
